Devcon Flow-Mix Cold Weld Epoxy is an easy alternative to welding and soldering. For best results, pull plunger back slightly (1/8in) to allow air bubbles to rise to the top so that you do not push air bubbles into the Flow-Mix nozzle. To get an even flow of resin and hardener, push down evenly on the plunger. Always mix equal portions of the hardener and resin thoroughly in order for this product to cure properly. Once fully cured, it can be drilled, tapped, machined, filed, sanded and painted. It is good to use removable tape on any area that you do not want epoxy to get on. Before the epoxy cures, remove the tape. Bonds steel, copper, aluminum, bronze, metal, and iron with a tensile strength of 1500 PSI. Temperature Range: 40F to 200F. Resistant to water and dries to a dark gray color.
